Reg’s expertise covers the breadth of energy and climate change policy. He has worked on issues ranging from the energy markets and low carbon generation through to energy efficiency, behaviour change and sustainable consumption.
Reg regularly appears in the national media and speaks at conferences and events.
Before joining IPPR in 2008 Reg worked as an intern at the Royal Society for Arts Manufacture and Commerce. Previous to this he worked as a professional musician.
Reg holds an MSc in Environment, Science and Society with distinction from University College London and a BA in Music from Liverpool University.
In 2007 Reg co-founded Transition Town Brighton, a community-led initiative to reduce carbon emissions.
