Gail is executive assistant at IPPR. She supports the executive director and senior management team in implementing IPPR’s strategic agenda, coordinating teams across the organisation and managing external meeting arrangements.

Gail has held executive support roles within a broad range of organisations, supporting leaders in international governance and development, environmental innovation and in education and schools.

Gail holds an Advanced Diploma in Art and Therapy in Education and a BA hons in Fine Art - Theory and Practice.

Through volunteering roles, she has facilitated creative storytelling workshops with young people and adults who have experienced adversity. Gail continues to volunteer with a number of small organisations tackling local community issues in south London.
