Liam Evans

Liam joined IPPR in 2022, where he works to ensure the organisation's research is understood by the public, the press and policymakers.

He started his career as a journalist before working in the third sector for charities such as Action for Children and Turn2us, where he often did media appearances including on the BBC. Liam was also the secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Universal Credit working with Westminster legislators from across the political spectrum. In his free time, Liam is a trustee of two charities: the Association of Charitable Organisations and the Artemis Trust.

Liam has an undergraduate degree in history and politics, as well as a master's degree in journalism.
