Olivia leads on IPPR's external affairs and convening activities.

Olivia sits within our communications team and leads our major events and stakeholder engagement activities, along with our related fundraising and marketing work.

She is responsible for ensuring that we host an exciting programme of events which promote and communicate the work of IPPR to power-holders, policy makers and the public. Along with overseeing key report launches and political events, Olivia leads on designing IPPR's Party Conference programme and supporting major research programme events; such as for the Commission on Health and Prosperity.

Olivia also runs our partnership programme, which offers organisations the opportunity to build a closer relationship with IPPR.

Olivia has worked at IPPR since 2016 and in that time has also worked on major projects including the Environmental Justice Commission, Centre for Economic Justice, and the IPPR Oxford Media Convention. She also led on migrating our events programme online during the coronavirus pandemic.

Olivia previously worked in the conference sector delivering stakeholder events on a wide array of public policy issues. Prior to that she worked at a think tank focused on localism and local government. She has a degree in philosophy and theology and a master's degree in global ethics and human values.
